Online Dual Credit (IWU)
Indiana Wesleyan is planning to offer several online, semester-long classes that will be available to high school students. The classes they are planning on for the fall semester are below. Accreditation & Transferability: As a regionally accredited institution, IWU credits are recognized by many colleges and universities.
Indiana Transfer Policies: Credits often transfer to Indiana public institutions and, in some cases, through the Indiana College Core (ICC) or Professional Pathway (a 30-credit block transfer).
Best Practices: To maximize transferability, students should aim for a grade of "C" or higher.
Regional Focus: Credits are typically more easily accepted at in-state public institutions, though they are often accepted elsewhere.
Validation: Students should check with their prospective colleges to confirm how specific IWU courses will be applied to their degree programs.
