A Joyful, Christ-Centered Beginning

Northpoint’s Preschool/Pre-Kindergarten program provides young children with a warm and welcoming introduction to school. Through purposeful play, hands-on exploration, structured routines, and meaningful relationships, students begin developing the confidence and foundational skills they will need for future learning.

Our teachers recognize that young children grow in many different ways. Classroom experiences are designed to support each child’s spiritual, social, emotional, physical, and academic development within a nurturing Christian environment.

Our Preschool/Pre-Kindergarten Program Emphasizes

  • Age-appropriate Bible lessons, prayer, and worship

  • Early literacy and language development

  • Number awareness and foundational math concepts

  • Fine- and gross-motor development

  • Creativity through art, music, movement, and imaginative play

  • Social skills, classroom routines, and growing independence

Preschool and Pre-K remain distinct early childhood programs and are not included within Northpoint’s accredited K–8 academy or the Indiana Choice Scholarship Program.

Students practice sharing, listening, communicating, following directions, and participating in a classroom community while being introduced to foundational academic concepts.

Pre-K

Pre-K builds upon those early experiences by helping students develop greater confidence, independence, and readiness for kindergarten. Students participate in more intentional literacy and math activities while continuing to learn through movement, creativity, exploration, and play.
