Tuition Assistance
Making Christian Education Possible Together
At Northpoint Christian Academy, we believe a Christ-centered education is an investment in a child’s future. Through Indiana Choice Scholarships, tuition assistance opportunities, and the generosity of our community, we want to help families explore a path to an affordable Northpoint education.
Whether you are looking for ways to manage tuition or hoping to help another family, Bridge the Gap is a place to begin.
For Families: Explore Your Tuition Options
-
Indiana’s Choice Scholarship Program helps eligible K–12 students attend participating private schools by applying state scholarship funding toward tuition. Beginning with the 2026–27 school year, household income limits no longer restrict eligibility. Other student and school requirements still apply, and scholarship amounts vary based on the student’s home public school district.
Interested families can contact Northpoint to learn about enrollment, required documentation, and the school’s Choice Scholarship application process.
-
Families who need additional support may be able to apply for tuition assistance through Northpoint’s financial aid process. Northpoint uses FACTS for financial aid administration. Awards, eligibility, deadlines, and availability are determined through the school’s established process.
We encourage families to ask questions and explore their options. Seeking assistance is simply one way to plan responsibly for your child’s education
-
Did you know that education savings plans may help with private K–12 tuition, not just college? Families may be able to use eligible Indiana529 funds for qualified K–12 tuition expenses at an Indiana school.
Indiana taxpayers who contribute to an Indiana529 plan may qualify for a state income tax credit equal to 20% of contributions, up to $1,500 annually ($750 for married taxpayers filing separately). Under federal rules, the annual K–12 qualified-withdrawal limit is $20,000 per beneficiary beginning in 2026. Indiana rules and potential tax-credit recapture provisions should be reviewed before withdrawing funds.
Families should consult their plan administrator or tax professional to understand the rules and whether this option makes sense for them.

Your Gift Can Open a Door
When you support tuition assistance, you help make Christ-centered education more accessible to families in our community. Your generosity can have a lasting impact on students as they learn, grow, and develop a foundation of faith.
Giving Through an SGO
Indiana’s Scholarship Granting Organization (SGO) program allows qualifying donations to approved SGOs to support eligible students through tuition scholarships. Qualifying contributions may earn donors an Indiana state income tax credit equal to 50% of the gift, subject to the program’s available credits and applicable rules.
For example, a qualifying $1,000 contribution may generate a $500 Indiana state income tax credit. A tax credit is not the same as a cash refund, and individual tax circumstances vary.
