We are asking each staff member to contribute $25 toward our Northpoint Staff Care Fund for the year. This fund will allow us to care for and celebrate our Northpoint family throughout the year when needs arise, such as new babies, illness, loss, or other significant life events.
Rather than passing around collections or asking staff to contribute each time something comes up, this one-time contribution will allow gifts, meals, flowers, or other expressions of support to be given from the Northpoint family as a whole. Our hope is to take away any pressure to individually give throughout the year while still making sure our people feel loved and supported!
